Hi and welcome to The Bespoke Baker!  My name is Nina and my family and I moved to Illinois 13 years ago and recently moved to Aurora.  I have been married to a wonderful restauranteur for the past 25 years.  We have two young men, one is the Sous Chef at Ramsey's Kitchen and one is in the Air National Guard.  My husband and I have owned and operated successful restaurants and catering businesses for over 10 years before moving.

I am self-taught but have always loved to bake and love to try out new recipes and techniques.  I love making people happy with my creations and it has become my happy place!  All of my sweets are made to order and nothing is ever frozen or pre-made.  I take care in making every item and will not take on anything outside of my capabilities or practice new techniques on any client.  If you would like to discuss an order, please email me at nina@thebespokebaker or fill out the contact form.
