A legal disclaimer

To ensure a smooth and successful ordering experience, please review the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with The Bespoke Baker, you agree to the policies outlined below:

1. Order Timeline
Orders must be placed at least one week in advance of the desired due date. Requests made with less than one week's notice are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

2. Deposit & Order Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation to secure your date on our calendar. No date is held without a deposit.

3. Final Order Details

Designs, quantities, and due date must be finalized before the invoice is issued. You may request changes to your order up until the invoice is sent, which will be issued one week prior to your due date. After this point, no further changes can be accommodated.

4. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery, drop-off, or pickup. Orders will not be released until payment has been made in full.

5. Pickup & Delivery
Clients are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time and location. If an order is not picked up on the confirmed date and time without prior notice, it will be considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
