At The Bespoke Baker, all of our baked goods are made-to-order with care and attention to detail. To ensure clear expectations, please review our policy below:
1. Order Acceptance & Delivery
Once items are delivered or picked up and accepted by the client (or their representative), all sales are final and non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of delivery or pickup.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the rare event of a verified error made by The Bespoke Baker, such as:

Incorrect spelling or personalization
If such an error is identified, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos and documentation may be required to validate the claim.
3. Care Instructions
Each order includes care and handling instructions. Once the order has been accepted, The Bespoke Baker is not responsible for any issues that arise due to failure to follow these instructions, including storage, transport, or serving methods.
4. Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits made to secure your date are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits reserve your spot on our calendar and cover time, materials, and planning.
